About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for all aspects of supply chain and logistics management, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for technology and process improvement to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize driver efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely and effective delivery of shipments
  • Manage and oversee the execution of day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management and transportation
  • Analyze and optimize logistical procedures to improve supply chain performance
  • Ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments, monitoring shipments, costs, and timelines
  • Address and resolve shipment and routing issues, building and maintaining relationships with logistics providers
  • Manage and oversee the consistent supply and delivery of materials from existing suppliers to customers
  • Work with area managers to ensure high utilization of drivers and optimize supply chain performance

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 12+ hour days or nights, 6 days a week
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software, with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as self-motivated in individual projects
