Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any supply chain disruptions or issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance in NetSuite, including creating and updating SKUs and managing item master lists.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with experience in NetSuite a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, plus bonus.
