Role Overview

As a key member of the PAX leadership team, the VP of Operations, Global Supply and Demand will oversee all supply planning operations across our hardware and CPG lines of business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply planning strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve demand planning processes
  • Embed supply and demand planning teams in go-to-market product planning and co-manufacturing S&OP processes
  • Proactively identify and address supply chain bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with hardware and manufacturing teams to bring new products into the planning process
Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in progressively more senior leadership roles in global supply and demand operations
  • Prior oversight of a multi-country global supply chain organization with manufacturers in different geographies
  • Experience leading electronic hardware manufacturing teams and overseeing product development lifecycles
  • Strong track record of developing leaders within organizations
