What We Need

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the success of Country Supplier by coordinating the recruitment efforts and aiding stores in the hiring process. This position is responsible for maintaining open requisitions, assisting leaders through sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees, executing recruitment strategies, and identifying and attracting talent that aligns with our organization's values and objectives.

We need a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who can:
  1. Execute team recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for Country Supplier, CAL Ranch, and Coastal Farm & Home Supply.
  2. Provide candidates with an excellent on-boarding experience through transparent communication, dedicated follow up, and professional relationship building.
  3. Develop a relationship with store leaders and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  4. Identify recruitment sources, utilize recruitment tools, and actively seek diverse talent.
  5. Track and report on key performance metrics related to the hiring cycle.
  6. Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, and document management.
  7. Maintain open communication channels with both managers and candidates.
  8. Support store personnel in the administration of the online applicant tracking system, offering guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
