We are looking for an Office Administrator who will work onsite at our Zeeland, MI Corporate office and be responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate office. The person in this position will manage the incoming and outgoing mail, order office supplies and provide general administrative support to the office.

Salary for this role is $19/hour

What will you do in this role?

•Manages incoming and outgoing mail according to internal control policies and procedures.
•Coordinates with vendors for breakroom and office supplies orders, maintaining necessary stock of relevant supplies while maintaining company compliance with outlined budgetary constraints, working with Facilities Supervisor when needed.
•Covers daily stocking all break rooms as required.
•Scans items into document management system as directed.
•Maintains various documentation for accounting, operations, and facilities as requested.
•Coordinates and assists in facilitating office events and lunches.

What are we looking for?
•18 Years or older
•High School Diploma or GED
•Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with co-workers and management.
•Functional knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
•Capability to communicate efficiently with all levels of employees, management, customers, and vendors both verbally and in written form.
•Capacity to multi-task with speed and accuracy while prioritizing tasks and ability to maintain excellent organizational skills.
•Aptitude for maintaining confidentiality.

Above and Beyond Qualifications
•Some college preferred with emphasis on business administration or finance.
•Two to three years' experience in administrative support field.
•Ability to communicate in Spanish
