Working collaboratively with subject matter experts and instructional designers, they design high-quality training tailored to Bain Magique's needs. What is the ideal profile for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in pedagogy, learning technologies, education, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design.
  • Passion for storytelling and user-centered design, with experience in graphic design (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience in program and project management, with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of programming concepts (JavaScript, VBA) and usability principles, with experience in learning management systems (LMS, such as CornerStone).
  • Experience with authoring tools (Articulate 360 Storyline & Rise, Adobe Captivate/Acrobat Pro, Synthesia), considered an asset.
As a E-Learning Content Developer, what will your responsibilities be?
  • Design and develop interactive online learning modules, videos, quizzes, and other multimedia content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Create and edit sound, video, graphics, and animations to enrich learning content, while optimizing for performance and accessibility.
  • Apply pedagogical design theories and methodologies to enhance learner engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with content owners and experts to develop learning solutions.
  • Review and test learning modules to ensure functionality, accuracy, and optimal user experience.
  • Manage multiple online learning and talent development projects concurrently, developing and maintaining project documentation, and overseeing content on the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor e-learning trends and best practices, and enhance programs based on feedback and emerging trends.
  • Develop and update content for talent development programs, and support leadership development and career management initiatives.
