The Senior Client Service Manager's primary areas of focus are:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, coordinating efforts to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Monitor client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients
  • Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to senior management


Qualifications:

In addition to the skills and experience listed above, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Insurance knowledge and 5+ years experience managing client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Valid property/casualty insurance license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to travel as required (limited)
