Client Services Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing and reconciliation processes for a diverse range of clients, utilizing Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily and monthly reconciliation of production output to generate billing data
  • Act as a liaison between Production and the Client Relations teams
  • Interact with multiple production systems to ensure client instructions are communicated downstream
  • Complete work with accuracy above speed, and escalate if the (Service Level Agreement) SLA cannot be met
  • Evaluate basic situations, review escalation procedures, and communicate directly to Client Relations and/or the client to ensure movement of output
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
