Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Call Center Client Services Representative is responsible for the handling and scheduling of inbound telephone calls; most of which are scheduling W

The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00pm or 9:00 am to 5:00

Responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls all day.

Assisting clients with questions and concerns.

Determining the appropriate que or person whom caller would need to speak with.

Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager.

Qualifications:

Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Customer service experience.

Medical background preferred but willing to train.

Skills and CompetenciesStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Must be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

Strong critical thinking skills; problem solving, and decision making.

Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.

Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors and clients.

Strong time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Ability to work independently.

Requires regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
