Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of California.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering, including project management.
Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., RISA Suite, 3D Foundation, Section, Connection)
Strong knowledge of California building codes, seismic design requirements, and construction practices (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE).
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
