Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects, collaborating with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage engineering projects, including planning, coordination, and completion.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide solutions.
- Plan and formulate engineering programs, organize project staff, and ensure project completion.
- Perform analysis and design of structural systems for various types of buildings and materials.
- Manage and supervise design team members, engineers, and draft persons.
- Direct project staff in preparing contract documents, such as drawings and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer and/or SE License preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the US and internationally.
The rate for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law.
