Two years of experience working with low-income families, preferably in an urban setting At least four years of experience working in nonprofit, human services, or education setting Two or more years of experience developing, carrying out, and evaluating trainings, workshops, or other programming Experience connecting families with community assistance resources, including resources related to eviction or homelessness, domestic violence, drug abuse, unemployment, and literacy issues. Additional qualifications include the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and GSuite programs. Familiarity with HMIS and client record management software is also a plus.If an offer is extended, the candidate will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check and/or FBI fingerprinting, as well as other screening as applicable for the position or required by the funding agency.
