Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and support via phone, instant message, and email.
- Resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with development of training and Help Desk support material.
- Provide support for pre and post conversion deployments.
- Triage tickets through the ServiceNow ticket management system.
- Support multiple Applied Epic environments and databases.
- Remain current and knowledgeable regarding updates to the applications supported.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required.
- Applied Epic agency management system experience preferred.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- Remote employees must have a dedicated, quiet work area and a stable, reliable internet connection of at least 75mbps download speed.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
