Network Connectivity Help Desk Technician Tier 1

Applied Innovation is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of serving clients in our Network Connectivity department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Addressing incoming Network Connectivity support calls, tickets, and email inquiries
  • Resolving connectivity-related challenges and providing timely support
  • Assisting with installing supported devices and providing training on multifunction printers and desktop scanners
  • Inputting detailed client notes for support tickets and network installs
  • Meeting department metrics and providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
  • Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Experience in PC, MAC, and server operating system environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Office 365, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage new systems related to information technology
Education and Experience:

A two-year degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred. A high school diploma is required.
