Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team. As a key associate, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing Behavior Support Plans for our residential and hospital programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consultation and intervention regarding behavior management, effective education, and assessment of behavioral needs of residents and patients.
- Serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team in various residential and hospital programs.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized goals and objectives for residential-based programs.
- Design and implement behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
- Teach residential staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior programs for residents and oversee the implementation of behavior programs by residential staff.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis-related program, such as psychology or education.
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) through the state of Michigan.
- Two years of experience as behavior analyst or a related field.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and other business software packages.
