Our client is a leading US insurance brokerage and they are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their expanding team. In this varied role you will provide support to all business units, team members and operational staff.


You should have strong communication and technical skills, plus good functional knowledge of IT best practices. If you perform well, you will be given the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress into a Systems Engineering position in the future.


Your background and skills:

  • 12 months+ Service Desk experience within a complex IT environment.
  • Experience in the creation and management of user accounts in Azure AD, O365 and Exchange Online.
  • An understanding of using a service desk ticketing system, triaging computer related issues, and taking the appropriate action.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Technical understanding of DNS, DHCP, AD, Printer Management, SMTP, Group Policy and TCP/IP.
  • Any relevant industry certifications will be welcomed.
