A company is looking for a Director of Project Management Office and Professional Services Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage existing PMO framework to develop future capabilities and drive organizational change
Align services business processes and practices for operational efficiency and scalability
Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
10+ years of experience leading fast growth Service Delivery organization
7+ years leading, managing, and growing individuals
Experience in client-facing enterprise delivery and large-scale implementations
Strong leadership, selling, negotiation, and decision-making skills
