Job Summary:
This job is responsible for collaborating with Academy teammates to support the design and execution of Academy products and programs, ensuring the end-to-end completeness of all outputs. Key responsibilities include ensuring teammates are able to deliver on organizational priorities and operate the day-to-day activities of the Academy by managing material, people, process, and/or technical changes. Job expectations include the ability to drive adoption and utilize Academy tools and providing oversight and integration of Academy initiatives.

The Academy Enablement Consultant (AEC) I is an individual contributor role, responsible for contributing to an effective learning plan for the Line of Business, in partnership with client-facing Learning Operations & Support teams. The Academy Enablement Consultant I is an advisor and partner to the LOB Learning Audience clients, to ensure evolving learning needs are met and outcomes are achieved. Exceptional analytical skills with ability to comprehend, document, evaluate and improve complex business processes. Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines. Ability to manage a project or phases of a project in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Proficiencies in ELDT, Reporting tools such as: Microstrategy & Cornerstone, and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) strongly desired.

Responsibilities:
  • Designs and maintains inter- and intra- Academy productivity tools, and provides internal capability for production of Academy resources and materials
  • Facilitates meetings, capturing key outcomes and actions and owning project and process documentation
  • Leads project management activities for Academy projects and initiatives
  • Builds partnerships with Academy teammates and Line of Business (LOB) partners to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Enables and supports program design and execution across the Academy, ensuring completeness and accuracy of outputs
  • Provides oversight and integration of key Academy initiatives including regulatory, vendor management, and governance routines
  • Serves as a point of contact for business level priorities and activities
  • Partner with compliance course owners and Design Consultants to fully describe audience, learning objective(s), timing and readiness
  • Provide support and resources to LOB clients in relation to the Audience Identification of Enterprise Required and Regulatory Compliance Training
  • Strong attention to detail; reviews and manages the input of audience assignment criteria in the Enterprise Learning Development Tool (ELDT)
  • Translate assignment requests from LOB clients into specific assignment criteria, mitigating risks with systematic enrollments whenever possible
  • Ensure audience accuracy and input into system of record for all training audiences and provide related evidence for reporting and document storage
  • Manage Regulatory Learning Mailbox queue and audience modification updates
  • Routine management of audience enrollment impacts after workforce and organizational changes
  • Develop and provide learning reporting as needed to execute role
Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of learning and development experience in a large, fast paced, results-oriented company
  • Strong ability to network and partner across teams to achieve results
  • Project Management: Demonstrated success managing stakeholders, driving the execution of projects, and managing competing priorities
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills
