Specific Job Function:

Manages assigned regional territory. Partners with the Training and Development Department to develop and deliver sales training to the dealers. Implements existing sales programs to increase dealer growth. Execute new product roll out and marketing launches. Manages rewards and recognition programs for dealers’ sales force and dealers. Key liaison for the top franchise owners in the assigned territory. Encourage the development of dealer employees to improve the bench strength of the business. Determines key market development priorities in partnership with the franchise dealers within a territory.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience 5+ years of sales or business consulting experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office 75% travel required
