The Sr Client Service Specialist, Commercial Risk works closely with advisors, line-of-business specialists, and dedicated client servicing professionals to analyze client data, evaluate needs, and help create effective risk management solutions designed to meet clients' financial goals.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Sr. Client Service Specialist works closely with Advisors, Client Managers, and the Director of New Business Management to help facilitate the prospect to a new client via BOR, Submission or Risk Map in a timely and accurate manner
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitors the CRMG New Business Unit Inbox.
  • Prepares and organizes submitted documents in Teams & EPIC.
  • Creates Account Summaries to assist the New Business Team and Advisors in analyzing prospects current insurance program.
  • Enters new Prospect into EPIC.
  • Creates Activities & Policy/Marketing shells in EPIC to monitor the BOR, Submission & Risk Map process.
  • Uploads Policies, Notes, Loss Runs, and necessary attachments into EPIC.
  • Orders Loss Runs, as needed
  • Creates Loss Summaries.
  • Updates and maintains current carrier access spreadsheet.
  • Records data in appropriate firm software programs.
  • Completes special projects as assigned by Director or Client Managers.
  • Looks for opportunities to improve the New Business Unit's processes and procedures. Brings issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Obtain/maintain a current state P&C license, as required by the State Department of Insurance to service client.
  • A detail orientation and strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Must demonstrate core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firms' culture.

  • Fast paced multi-tasking environment
  • Hybrid position, onsite in Houston 2x per week
