Tertiary qualification in education, training, leadership or management. Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs. Familiarity with E-Learning systems. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities. Relevant experience in a similar role. Effective facilitation skills and understanding of adult learning principles.
