THE BUSINESS

We are a fast-growing law firm located in Downtown Atlanta and currently seeking an experienced client acquisition/intake assistant to join our team. Our law firm specializes in all facets of family law. We have an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will be expected to start as soon as possible.

THE ROLE

This is NOT a traditional admin role. While admin duties will be a part of the day-to-day, someone with a passion for enterprising would excel in this role, as we look to scale our business. Must be hungry for a fast-paced, multi-faceted possibility, which would include business support, operations, admin, sales and marketing functions. We may be a law firm, but we are a service business above all else. We need skilled people who want to challenge themselves and help innovate and create systems to streamline our processes.

We seek someone who brings high energy while moving swiftly, efficiently, effectively and independently. Responsibilities

The person brought on board will be accountable for:

•Being the one of first points of contact for new client inquiries
•Handling onboarding/intake of new client
•Managing all information systems, databases and back-office support
•Social media responsibilities
•Any other duties deemed necessary for the good of the firm

Qualifications

SKILLS:

•Strong written and verbal communication
•Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
•Great ability to focus/do it the right way quickly the first time
•Calm under pressure
•Service-based attitude
•Proven ability to succeed
•A thirst to continue to learn

EXPERIENCE:

•2+ years of administration and/or management experience
•2+ years of sales/customer service experience highly preferred
•Entrepreneurial experience is a big plus
