Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for processing invoices using purchase orders and good receipts, handling electronic file processing for ACH and check processing to vendors on a weekly payment cycle. In addition, you will manage all stop payments, wires, and adjustments, and work with various locations/entities. Your role also includes all AP coding and performing reviews/audits of all expense reports.

This position is based at our HQ office in Riverview. It is a contract to hire position, with flexible work hours Monday to Friday, between 7am - 5pm.
