Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will:

• Review, prepare, reconcile, and analyze financial records and reports using established accounting principles.
• Assist in creating financial forecasts and projections.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Analyze reports for accuracy before distribution and address any discrepancies.

Accountabilities:

• Ensure mathematical accuracy and proper coding of figures and documents.
• Classify, record, and summarize financial data using journals, ledgers, or accounting software.
• Maintain documentation for departmental or company accounts, including ledgers and reports.
• Produce financial statements and schedules in accordance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile accounts within the company’s financial system.
• Perform specialized accounting tasks, including monitoring receivables and managing cash flow.
