Salary Range: $$25 p/hr

Travel: no travel required

In office 5 days per week, 8-5

Summary of Position

Responsible for office management and administrative support to the X Technologies Inc. team at the Air Force Public Key Infrastructure Program Office. These activities include but are not limited to visitor control, preparing documents to follow X Technologies and AF formats, acquiring office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and reviewing expense reports. In addition to the office manager duties, the candidate will periodically issue Common Access Cards (CAC) or do resets for visitor's PINs on their CAC.

Essential Job Requirements
•Check identification and credentials of visitors to the building and ensure we have clearances on file (if applicable)
•Create, consolidate, coordinate, and edit documents and briefings to ensure consistency with organizational objectives leadership
•Complete assignments with independent thought and action within the scope of specific assignments.
•Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operational performance, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
•Assist in answering main phone line and direct calls to proper channels keeping a log of incoming calls
•Monitor and track unit training requirements
•Schedule meetings for audiences up to the customer level
•Coordinate travel arrangements and review expense reports
•Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
•Other duties as assigned by the X-Technologies Program Manager

Required Education
•High School Diploma required
•Associates Degree preferred

Required Experience (at least 5years)
•Superior use of Microsoft Office Products to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
•Experience with Adobe and SharePoint
•Experience with Confluence and Jira tools
•Office Manager or Admin Support functions to a small office or executive leadership
•Use of different computer applications such as databases, financial management software, etc.
•Executing and providing feedback on processes and procedures

Citizenship Status

Required to be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis

Security Clearance Preferred

Active Secret Security Clearance Preferred
