We are seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to spearhead the development and management of our digital identity verification engine product and various parsing dev tools, working closely with our offshore development team.

Job Overview:

As the Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and deployment of our digital identity verification engine product and parsing dev tools. You will collaborate seamlessly with our offshore development team, prioritize features, iterate rapidly, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations. Additionally, you will work closely with co-located product managers, support teams, and development leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment, facilitate knowledge sharing, and foster a cohesive development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Product Management:

Lead the agile product management process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and coordination of weekly development meetings, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.

Offshore Team Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative and productive relationship with our offshore development team, providing clear direction, support, and guidance to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

Feature Prioritization:

Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer feedback, adapting to changing market dynamics and customer needs.

Continuous Delivery:

Champion a culture of continuous delivery and improvement, promoting agile principles and practices to accelerate product development, reduce time-to-market, and enhance product quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and support, to ensure seamless integration of product features, resolve technical issues, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Remote Communication:

Utilize remote communication and collaboration tools effectively to facilitate remote work and communication with offshore teams, overcoming time zone differences and cultural barriers.

Feedback Loop:

Establish a feedback loop with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product assumptions, and hone product features iteratively, ensuring continuous alignment with market needs and business goals.

Performance Tracking:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor product performance, measure team productivity, and drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the development process, proactively addressing them through risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success and on-time delivery.

Team Development:

Mentor and coach offshore team members, providing guidance on agile principles, best practices, and technical skills development, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Three years of experience in agile product management, preferably in a distributed team environment with offshore development teams.

Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes, API integration, and data parsing techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with remote teams and stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.

Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget, leveraging agile principles and practices.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
