Job Responsibilities for the ADON Position:

  • Involves responsibility for providing professional nursing treatment and care to residents according to established rules, regulations and standard practices of the profession.
  • A substantial amount of time is spent supervising the work of other nurses and nursing personnel.
  • Assistance in the day-to-day operations in the Nursing

    Department.
  • Assist in managing and leading all nursing personnel operations.
  • Develop short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department.
  • Plan and oversee admission, nursing, and patient care processes.
Requirements for the Skilled Nursing/Rehab RN Director:
  • BSN is preferred, not required.
  • Five years of Long-Term Care nursing experience.
  • Supervisory experience is highly preferred
