Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and handling a variety of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
- Answer and Direct Calls: Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist with booking appointments, managing calendars, and confirming meetings.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Receive and Sort Mail: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front desk and lobby area neat, organized, and professional.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service mindset with a friendly, patient demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
