Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive experience for all. You will manage various administrative tasks, maintain front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about the organization.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, ensuring accurate calendar updates.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Visitor Management: Ensure visitors sign in/out and are directed appropriately.
- Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer or visitor issues promptly and escalate as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
