Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. The role involves handling administrative tasks, answering calls, managing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining the flow of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing information as needed.
- Maintain and update office schedules and appointments.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office inventory management.
- Ensure security by following procedures for visitor sign-ins and access control.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
