About The Position

AccuLynx is looking for a Mobile Product Manager passionate about building and shipping useful, usable, and well-designed mobile apps. This position plays a vital role in managing the product development lifecycle, defining how we will solve business and user problems, and helping define customer and product requirements, ensuring the release of high-quality mobile experiences that meet the needs of the business. Product Managers at AccuLynx provide direction and vision to the Design and Engineering teams, defining our mobile products' next generation. They are responsible for managing the plan at the team level to maximize customer experience and business value.

Mobile Product Managers at AccuLynx will direct and execute a wide range of activities across the product lifecycle from inception to managing product in-market. The best candidate will be detail-oriented, insatiably curious, data-driven, and able to proactively guide the design, development, and support of features on our core mobile products and anticipate and prioritize the team's business needs. They need to be strong practitioners in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from the high-level opportunity definition surrounding the customer and business needs to managing the product backlog and writing user stories. Superb time management skills, an optimistic and productive attitude toward work, and the ability to create a strong sense of urgency in their teams are necessary. The mobile product manager reports to the VP of Product and Design.

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional leaders to develop the mobile roadmap and set clear and measurable objectives to achieve the company's business goals Work with team leads to define and manage a backlog of work and write user stories Own the mobile experience, what gets released to customers, and manage the plan for delivery Develop actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform decision-making Oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Guide projects through development and bring high-quality product enhancements to life Work closely with design and engineering in crafting useful and usable experiences Understand our competitive landscape, customer and business needs and translate that knowledge into continuous enhancements for AccuLynx mobile products Collaborate with different parts of the organization to define the solutions that will have the highest impact on the business Bring creative problem-solving and an innovative mindset to challenges Identify and analyze data and customer feedback/research to define problems, measure results, and prioritize competing opportunities Define and track metrics critical to the success of product features Plan and manage multiple parallel initiatives Experienced with Agile/Lean Delivery frameworks and mobile releases Work cross-functionally with technical, design, business, and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and investigate production issues as they arise. Create organizational awareness and alignment for your plans and provide relevant and concise updates to management teams. Serve as a channel subject matter expert and evangelist to stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of mobile product management experience, Start-up and SaaS experience a big plus Demonstrated success in shipping features with a substantial impact on key KPIs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success in driving large-scale product initiatives across cross-functional teams A Data-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills A passion for driving efficiency and quality metrics An eye for process design and organizational dynamics A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with varied responsibilities Bachelor's degree required
