- Run reports and troubleshoot basic issues within Paylocity.

**Recruiting:**

- Coordinate the recruitment process for Shift Supervisor and below positions.

- Conduct background checks for potential hires.

**Onboarding:**

- Process onboarding procedures via Paylocity.

- Lead onboarding briefings for new employees.

**Leadership Management:**

- Collaborate with the General Manager on hiring needs, terminations, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
