The role of registration manager is key to the success of our team delivering complex programs for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of registration websites and reporting requirements, along with hotel room block management largely using the cvent platform. Taking a lead on attendee communications, including supporting attendees onsite and the collation of post-event attendance reporting and detailed compliance reports as required by our clients.

Experience in working with the cvent platform is critical in this role, and knowledge of hotel room block management would be a great asset to success. Overall, having good communication and organizational skills will stand you in good stead for this key role in our team.

Travel, both international and domestic, is a part of the role with exciting opportunities to see other parts of the world. Its also really important that youre able to be in the office on a regular basis (3 days per week) so whether youre local to Princeton, planning to relocate, or happy to commute please keep this in mind.

We have a number of roles currently available within our team, the registration manager role ranges from $60k-$75k per year dependant on experience.

Here's some role specific experience we are looking for (we don't necessarily expect you to have all of these):

  • Hands on experience with Cvent including all modules (registration, attendee hub, hotels, reporting)
  • Client/attendee communication experience, managing stakeholders and complex programs
  • Skills in timeline management, workload allocation and delegation
  • Congress management experience including compliance for HCP attendance
  • Supplier/Vendor management including negotiation, contracting and delivery
  • Experience with other event management systems (e.g. swoogo, aventri etc)
