Primary focus would be consultation through the platform implementation process whilst offering pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team and customer during the sales process. You'll be responsible for: Conducting needs assessments and developing customized solutions for clients. Providing guidance and support to clients on the advantages of leveraging and implementing the platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful platform implementation. Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of services. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings. Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research. Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc. Performing all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Possess a relevant educational background in a related field, or equivalent experience. Be highly organized and detail-oriented. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to collaborate with the team while being self-directed to solve problems.
