As part of the expanding Koroseal Interior Products team, the Market & Product Manager is responsible for managing the life cycle of our product portfolio, including product development, strategic planning, sourcing, and assisting with product marketing. The Market & Product Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, suppliers, and internal teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the entire product portfolio life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.

Develop and assist with product marketing plans to drive product awareness and adoption.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, suppliers, and internal teams.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with industry requirements and standards.

Skills and Specifications

Bachelor's degree in business.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related field

Proven track record of successfully managing a product portfolio.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies

Familiarity with product marketing and sales strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

Experience in the interior finish industry is a plus.
