As the Director, Product Architecture at DMS, you will be responsible for leading our product development initiatives, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs and drive business growth. Responsibilities: - Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis. - Oversee the development of prototypes, MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), and full-scale releases, monitoring progress and mitigating risks as necessary. -Translate strategic priorities and customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful execution and delivery. - Lead product development team, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with business objectives and market demands. - Champion a user-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our target audience. - Establish and maintain robust processes and frameworks for product development, including Agile methodologies, version control, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD). - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. - Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to innovate and evolve our product offerings. -Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate product strategy, milestones, and progress, providing regular updates and insights to inform strategic decision-making. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field. - 10 years of experience in product management or product development roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software products from conception to launch. - 10 years of experience in leadership or management positions, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. - Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional value to customers. - Strong technical background, with proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
