industries, in both the private and public sector: structural pest
control, landscape construction and maintenance, golf course maintenance
and turf-grass maintenance, production nursery, industrial vegetation
management, aquatic, forestry and vector control. Responsibilities What do
our Product Development Managers do? This position is responsible for
managing the Turf Fuel proprietary products portfolio (Sales $25 M)
including new product development and stewardship of portfolio growth

initiatives including:
Coordination with Sales Directors and Product
Strategy Manager to identify portfolio needs and priorities Management of new
innovative product development projects and initiatives Coordination with
Marketing to grow the brands and business Develop and launch new and updated
products Customer support - Tradeshows, Seminars, Programs and training
Sales Support - Developing and training of 75 Reps and 8 RSM Co-manage
regulatory of Turf fuel (90 products) in US and Canada Responsibilities
include but are not limited to: Work with Sales Directors to coordinate the
development and execution of short and long-term sales strategies that aligns
with the business strategies and objectives of Target Specialty Products to
ensure company sales revenue and profitability targets are achieved. Drive
sales, direction and innovation with Sales Directors and Strategy Manager to
assess the product portfolio needs in alignment with company ABCD product
direction and customer needs. Manage manufacturer production to coordinate the
development and launch of new and existing products in the portfolio Manage
accurate costing of product portfolio. Coordinate floor pricing structure with
Sales Directors and Product Strategy Manager. Own and drive the training,
education, programs and sales team guidance on the products portfolio.
Co-manage with marketing department to develop and execute proprietary
marketing programs. Work with Operations and Sales management to ensure
successful execution of marketing plans and other strategic initiatives to
drive portfolio Develop with sales directors updated field sales forecast and
new geographic growth opportunities. Share sales team responsibility in
integrating our products into our customer business programs, profitably and
sustainably. Strengthen customer's trust and confidence resulting in Target
Specialty Products being business partner of choice. Work with Product
Strategy Manager on approval for new product additions Work with regulatory
department and manufacturing partners to coordinate compliant regulatory needs
requested from state and government offices. Own research innovation projects
needed to drive product development and profitability. What do you need?
4-year college degree in entomology, business or related field Board
certified Entomologist 5+ years of industry, product, and vendor
experience in professional pest industry 5+ years of experience working in
multi-functional teams (e.g. sales, procurement, and marking) to
coordinate execution of a strategies Experience developing, maintaining,
and reporting on KPIs Have a familiarity with a variety of common regulatory
licensing concepts, practices and procedures. Must be a results-oriented
team player capable of working in a fast paced environment with changing
priorities. Must be a self-starter able to work wit minimal supervision. Must
be organized and detail-oriented. Must be proficient in Windows-based
applications Word and Excel. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
