About the role...
Cornerstone is seeking for a self-motivated, numbers-driven, and confident Associate Director, Revenue Analytics to join a fast-growing collaborative team. Instrumental to the success of our revenue growth, the Associate Director will lead portfolio revenue analytics, surface opportunities/risk to exceed Annual Operating Plan and guide process/system improvements to scale data-driven-decisions related to product penetration, renewals, and other KPIs related to revenue growth. Beyond pulling data and creating reports, this individual should be comfortable tackling complex business problems, build compelling data-driven stories and become a trusted business partner to a variety of cross functional stakeholders in Customer Success and Product departments. In this role you will...
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business through proactive data analysis
- Delivery precise, clear, and consistent quantitative analysis to support product revenue growth and serve as point of contact to Customer Success and Product leadership
- Translate business questions into reporting requirements to BI/IT teams
- Prepare and present strategic and tactical recommendations to support revenue performance improvement through compelling hypotheses, reports and presentations
- Drive reporting accuracy and discipline; instill data hygiene, manage product forecast reporting, and proactively communicate risks/opportunities trends
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver scalable artifacts and foster a culture of excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM data collection and reporting standards
- Assist with ad-hoc and special data projects to support global go-to-market strategies
You've got what it takes if you...
- Have a bachelor's degree and minimum 8+ years of experience in analytics or consulting
- Have 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ; e.g., Tables/Pivot Tables/Index-Match/Nested Ifs/Lookups
- Have experience working in BI tools such as Tableau/PowerBI/Einstein
- Have experience working in a SaaS company, preferably B2B company
- Have exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and strong business acumen
- Able to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure to meet short deadlines
- Are proactive, dependable, detailed oriented and have a self-starter work ethic
- Have the ability to visualize concepts and data into consumable presentation
- Have the ability to succinctly communicate complex concepts
- Demonstrate logical and analytical thinking; able to influence organization at all levels
- Have general appetite for data and intellectual curiosity
