RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set appropriate marketing budgets and report up ROAS and CAC on selected campaigns.
  • Leverage our 3rd party delivery platforms to drive sales utilizing promotions, effective campaigns, and analyze the efforts appropriately.
  • Explore and implement new technologies to improve efficiencies within the department as well as help drive sales, data analysis, etc.
  • Operationalize marketing strategy by aligning the organization against articulated objectives, streamline and improve processes for effective collaboration, and identify gaps in systems.
  • Work closely with all marketing functions to operationalize, automate, and optimize projects and campaigns.
  • Oversee and enhance our customer loyalty program to drive sales and frequency.
  • Maintain and improve revenue-critical systems and infrastructure, including database optimization, marketing technology infrastructure, and conducting analyses to inform strategies that move customers through the purchase funnel.
  • Oversee SEO strategy to improve the brand's visibility in search engine results.
  • Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and optimize for conversion.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
