Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings, to interviews, selection and new hire orientations, ensuring the process is effective, compliant and, screenings are efficient, accurate, and timely.

Creates, supports, coordinates, staff training programs for individual and team growth.
Work with directors to establish career development plans for team members.
Manages the Performance Evaluation process.
Provide counseling and support with respect to work performance. May utilize resources such as Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) as necessary.
