Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Office Assistant

Pay Details:
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.

The Talent Acquisition Office Assistant supports the Talent Acquisition team by greeting guests and candidates while providing excellent communication and customer service. This role checks- in scheduled candidates for interviews, orders supplies, and supports the team to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience. This individual performs general administrative work and is responsible for tracking metrics for the team. This role is also responsible for pre-onboard coordination and scheduling orientations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the check-in process for candidates scheduled for an interview and ensure effective communication with the relevant interviewing team members
  • Assist with general guest inquiries and direct appropriately
  • Pull daily scheduled interview report and send out accordingly
  • Order supplies and required inventory
  • Track daily, weekly, monthly metrics for Talent Acquisition team
  • Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation for all full-time and part-time new hires
  • Partner with IT for new hire pre-onboard coordination
  • Audit and maintain Job Board Posting
  • Maintain Job Descriptions and update in our system
  • Assist with general invoicing for Talent Acquisition team
  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and college recruiting efforts
  • Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive the team's operation function forward
Skills
  • Support multiple departments with an interest in working with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Customer-focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in Adobe Suite of Products including Adobe Sign, and Adobe Pro
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Able to stay organized and manage multiple schedules in Outlook Calendars
  • Able to build relationships quickly and easily across multiple functions and business units
  • Able to self-prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Bilingual is a plus


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
