The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, applying technical expertise to support the implementation, monitoring, data input and integration, maintenance, and optimization of Marketing Cloud. This role will advise leadership on performance, the most effective efforts and opportunities for ROI based on data insights and facts. As part of this team this role is dedicated to ensuring that we maximize efficiency and capitalize on the full features and benefits of Isagenix marketing systems and digital platforms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
  • Serve as the main contact for our internal marketing users, work to promote adoption, and keep current on new Marketing Cloud releases and best practices.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing programs to targeted customer groups and segments. Support the implementation of multiple upgrades and features.
  • Responsible for supporting marketing in achieving strategic goals.
  • Manage day-to-day data operations, including process diagrams, use cases, control points, data integrity, data reconciliation, etc.
  • Use digital platform tools to manage direct consumer tracking, reporting, and analytics to support ROI analysis and campaign improvements.
  • Work closely with team members on launching, measuring, and supporting various campaigns.
  • Understand functional and business needs and administer/enhance the system accordingly.
  • Support leading edge data analytics techniques and measurement solutions to better demonstrate value and effectiveness of digital activities and achieve ROI goals.
  • Proactively look for ways to provide support and work closer with peers and stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to leverage technology and improve business processes and critical business strategies.
Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position):
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3 years experience with Marketing Automation systems.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL working knowledge.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in managing digital assets.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The office environment requires the use of standard office equipment and personal computers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Math, Business, or related area from an accredited institution.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and certification as a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
  • Competency in AmpScript, Automation building and Journey setup.
  • Experience in Network Marketing or global environment.
  • Working knowledge of web information architecture principles.
