Responsibilities
  • Primarily responsible for client annual service contracts that consist of services, products and subscription renewals
  • Identify client service contracts that are expired or are soon to expire
  • Renew all client service contracts when expired or expiring
  • Draft and present service contract renewals to clients 
  • Consistently follow up with urgency to decision makers for service contract renewals until payment or purchase order is received
  • Call and email clients to maintain a healthy and satisfactory relationship
  • Document calls, emails and virtual meetings with clients in Salesforce 
  • Update Salesforce as you discover inaccurate data
  • Manage and work cases in Salesforce 
  • Collaborate with Genesis sales and tech support teams to ensure transparency and team success
Qualifications Required
  • 1-3 years of customer support, sales or contract management
  • Results driven – Ensuring clients renew their service contracts on an annual basis
  • Confident in multi-tasking
  • Excellent in oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to resolve client’s complaints and concerns
  • Teamwork: Willingness to partner with colleagues/clients to reach a common goal with an optimistic and focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites 
  • Proficient in Salesforce
