The Growth Marketing Strategist will be an integral part of our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Director.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), growth/demand generation, or content marketing
  • More than 4 years of experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
  • Proven track record in developing and managing lead generation strategies, including strategic direction, successful execution, and insightful reporting
  • Expertise in funnel metrics and strategies to enhance the generation of qualified leads and accelerate opportunity and pipeline velocity
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement
  • Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and implement actionable changes
  • Experience in conversion optimization analysis and strategies
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing, content marketing, and paid media marketing techniques

What will your day look like?

You will lead the strategy and execution of demand-generation campaigns.

Your role will be crucial in driving growth for both prospects and customers across existing and new business segments through multiple channels.

You will play a key role in creating engaging assets that resonate with our audience and contribute to meaningful growth through various campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.

Above all, you will be an expert in understanding our buyer's journey and crafting content that appeals to our target market. You will thrive in a fast-growing yet established company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our comprehensive demand generation campaign strategy and programs through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and partner teams
  • Shaping the strategic direction for our target audiences
  • Developing, planning, and executing integrated marketing strategies across various tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, content mapping, nurturing, events, and programs to ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels
  • Collaborating with the creative team to provide campaign concepts and deliverables for full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns
  • Monitoring sales funnel activity and making recommendations to address coverage gaps, working closely with the sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up
  • Analyzing performance, making recommendations, and executing optimizations across digital and social channels and assets
  • Overseeing our paid media strategy and managing external agencies
