The Cliffs Notes
The Sr Salesforce Architect will work closely with and report directly to our VP of Revenue Operations. The role will be instrumental in developing and executing the Salesforce technical and business strategy while engaging in hands-on architecture work, partnering with cross-functional business leaders and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Salesforce Architect to support a complex and dynamic implementation within a fun, fast-paced, and growing organization.
What you’ll own:
- Define and operationalize a detailed technical roadmap for the Salesforce tech stack, identifying prioritization, dependencies and opportunities
- Design and build robust Salesforce architectures that enable scalability of a high-growth business while ensuring robust security protocols in place
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Customize Salesforce applications by configuring workflows, process automation, user interfaces, and data models.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide support related to third-party integrated apps and workflows as needed

- Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities and skilled at troubleshooting issues with robust solutions
- Thrives in a hyper fast-faced environment where bias for action is the culture and expectation
- Ability to assess technical deficiencies in SFDC deployment, recommend efficient and holistic solutions, and drive implementation of improvements with strong communication across cross-functional stakeholders
- Requirements gathering skills needed to create business and functional project or reporting specifications.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, end-users and staff.
- Understanding of Agile (or other) project management framework, preferred
Necessary Qualifications:
- BA/BA Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience designing and optimizing complex, enterprise-wide solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning
- Strong preference for experience in the banking and financial institution industry in a B2B SaaS environment
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, CPQ, and expertise in key Salesforce architectural concepts
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred

The Team
In this role, you would be a part of the Sales team and reporting to VP, Revenue Operations.
Office Expectation
This role is HYBRID, with an expectation of 3-4 days a week in-office. Our hours are 8-5pm.
