The Manager of Business Operation leads the efforts to drive continuous improvement of operational excellence through the optimization of business processes What you'll be doing: + Lead the analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. + Implement good practices and innovative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. + Develop and communicate a strategic plan for process reengineering to align with organizational goals. + Collaborate with key partners from multi-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements. + Lead the planning and execution of different projects for Business Operation team. What we need to see: + 10+ years of overall related work experience and 3+ years of leadership + BS/BA (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related fields (master’s preferred) + Experiences as similar role. + Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ways to stand out from the crowd: + In-depth knowledge of process optimization methodologies and tools + Superb communication skills, both verbal and writing, to effectively interact with technical and business team members. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits (vidia.com/en-us/benefits/) .
