**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, providing outstanding service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a veterinary environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

+ Maintain and update client records and databases with accurate information.

+ Assist clients with inquiries about veterinary services, scheduling appointments, and providing relevant information.

+ Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is seamless.

+ Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager.

+ Provide feedback and suggestions to improve client satisfaction and service processes.

+ Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on veterinary services, products, and policies.

+ Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
