Responsibilities A Flooring Sales Specialist truly enjoys meeting new people and building relationships based on trust and rapport. Our customers view their specialist as an inquisitive solution seeker, passionate about creating an ideal solution for their home flooring needs. Each Flooring Sales Specialist receives unrivaled training, including: Product knowledge of our vast, quality-manufactured assortment of hard and soft flooring surfaces. The technology that drives HOM Furniture, streamlines our work and simplifies each customer's sales experience. Our unique customer focused sales solution approach. The art of meticulous accuracy processing sales quotes, measuring jobs and final orders. Comprehensive follow up on product deliveries and/or installations. Introduction to ordering customized flooring from boundless options. Mentoring to achieve financial growth as a consultant and/or career advancement opportunities in a leadership or corporate role. We focus on exceptional customer experiences inside every one of our large, beautiful stores. Each Flooring Sales Specialist asks the right questions, then listens attentively and delivers the perfect design solution every time. They love the end result nearly as much as their customers Requirements

Education:

Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED. Experience:

One to three years related experience preferred. Physical Demands:

Moderate physical demands required. Flooring Sales Specialists are required to stand for prolonged periods of time and will occasionally have to lift up to 25 pounds. Other:
