Requirements

Qualifications:
  1. CPA Certification: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with active licensure.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Prior experience in manufacturing and/or construction industries is highly desirable.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
  5. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
  6. Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall business strategy.
  9. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial reporting.
