: This pet passionate individual will represent and ‘own’ Instinct in the neighborhood pet specialty retailer market and work to continually increase distribution and sales of all Instinct products. They will meet or exceed territory retail sales objectives and brand initiatives. Primary Job Responsibilities Manage assigned Sales Territory (SC, NC, VA, WV, MD, PA, Washington DC) to achieve sales growth and brand objectives Create compelling business proposals to persuade retailer partners that Instinct delivers profitable sales Call on existing retail stores to identify opportunities for SKU expansion and product placement Research and develop pipeline to open new retail accounts for the Instinct
